Service was exceptionally POOR but even worse, the food was literally floating in grease. My husband, 4 year old son, and I went in and gave this place another chance.... the first time we went, we waiting 30 minutes for our drinks and another 45 for our food.... this time the wait just for drinks was 15 minutes on a Tuesday night. There were approximately 5 other tables with customers seated.
The restaurant was much better when it was still Gilligan's galley and before then the fisherman's galley. Food is not as good especially the breading, and portions are smaller, but the prices are even higher???
Food is decent however they are very slow whether you call your food in or not. Some of the staff are nice/polite others are not. Honestly they need to improve their customer service.
O ordered the broiled platter that wax $15 made me sick before i even left the absolute worst seafood ive had id rather eat out a the dumpster behind red lobster
We try to visit Pacific Bay about once a week. Great food great service.
The food was floating in grease....literally. I ordered fried crab cakes. Yes, fried but not a hollow breading filled with grease once it's cut. I will enclose pictures. My husband ordered the captain's platter. $14 for a salad made with withered lettuce, 2 thin slices of tomato, and one slice of cucumber, and seafood dripping with grease from the deep fryer. All tasted the same....like grease. I will enclose a picture of that as well. We were both starving so we ate what we could stomach. The baked potatoes were decently cooked so we were able to eat those without the grease issue. We were both EXTREMELY sick the next day. My son was sick as well but he refused to eat much without us begging him to at least try. This experience was very disappointing and sickening, literally.
