Excellent Customer Service throughout the entire process. From the moment you walk through the door you feel taken care of. The area where the frames are located is very impressive with the barn wood and galvanized piping throughout. They have a large selection of glasses and after calling around and doing some price comparisons The Eye Site was the logical choice as they had some great frames that fit my budget. The entire staff was very personable and Dr. Z gave me a great eye exam. If you are looking for a great experience from start to finish then look no further.
I purchased 3 pair of temples online from The Eye Sight. The temples do not match the temple style I already have with my other igreen eyeglasses and I have written to them 3 times to exchange them for the correct ones. No response at all. There is nothing that I could see on their website that mentions buyer beware: no response, no exchanges, so therefore, I do not recommend using this e-commerce web- "sight".
Ignore customers! Company does not respond to emails or return phone calls. I sent two emails to inquire about igreen and phoned twice. The person on the phone said the owner is the only person who is knowledgeable about igreen but was busy both times I called. It's been two months no email response.
Staff is super friendly! Got an appointment fast, they even worked with me when some of the times they had didn't work for me. Love my glasses! Great place to go! :)
The staff were all very friendly, helpful and made you feel comfortable. The were very efficient with the eye exam process, did not take long at all but I did not feel rushed either. They have a great selection of eye and sun glasses to choose from! Will be going back again for my next eye appointment!
